Intro
The Moroccan Dog House was created for a charity event celebrating the unconditional love of man’s best friend. Its design grew from patterns originally developed for Wolfe Woodworking’s award-winning Moroccan Dream Kitchen of 2017.
Handcrafted From Start to Finish
The dog house was completely handmade without the use of computerized drilling equipment.
Exterior-grade medium-density fiberboard, waterproof adhesive, and exterior paint were used to create a piece designed to withstand the elements while preserving the intricate Moroccan-inspired detailing.
Raising the Roof for a Cause
Wolfe Woodworking set out to “raise the roof” by creating a piece distinctive enough to bring broader attention to the Design for Dogs charity event.
Proceeds from the event benefited the Arizona Animal Welfare League & SPCA, supporting its work as Arizona’s first no-kill shelter.
Wolfe Woodworking was proud to contribute its craftsmanship to an event supporting animal welfare in the community.
National Attention
The Moroccan Dog House ultimately attracted attention well beyond Arizona. The project was featured on trend-focused television programs in more than 20 states, bringing national exposure to both the design and the charitable event behind it.
